Thanksgiving Dinner

We decided to stay in town this year for Thanksgiving break. Today for lunch we went to my sister's in-laws. It was so kind of them to include us, they even had a cute pink plate for C and a little chair for her to sit in in the living room! It was great fun and of course delicious!

We ate, we laughed, C played and played and played. There were 4 dogs for her to play with (they're all small and very fun and spunky) and lots of little toys as well. AND AND my brother-in-law's dad let C make BUCKEYES!!!
Now, in Indiana we call them peanut butter balls but here in they're of course called Buckeyes. It was so fun for her, she "rolled" them into "balls" - really they were more of a snake-like shape and she even said, "I make snakes!" She even got to dip a couple in the chocolate! Thanks O & L!!! It was a fun memory for our girl. She ate at least 4 buckeyes total. She had a few bites while she was rolling, a whole one once they were done and had another one tonight after dinner...totally has had enough sugar for the week! :) Below are pics of her first taste, I think it's safe to say the 'hard work' was worth it.
